Énoncé : Join each pair with a relative pronoun: « I know a shop. It sells comics. » / « She's the friend. I told you about her. »
Étapes à suivre :- Choose the right pronoun (thing / person).
- Insert the relative clause after the noun.
- Avoid repeating the noun.
Answers: I know a shop which/that sells comics. (thing → which/that) and She's the friend who/that I told you about. (person → who/that). The relative clause adds information about « shop » and « friend » without repeating them.
